50 Min Strength x HIIT - Dumbbells Required
Advanced Strength x HIIT class originally aired August 3rd. This is an advanced class. Class will start with 10 minutes of core, 3 min warmup, 15 minutes of strength work, 15 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and a 5 minute cooldown. Class comes with template guide to reference if needed.

5 exercises, :40 of work, :10 of rest, 2x
STRENGTH CIRCUIT 2:
A 3 and 2 min AMRAP
HIIT BLOCK:
5 stations, 2 min per station, 1x
FINISHER: TABATA
