A challenging 50 minutes of Strength x HIIT, or as I like to call it - HYBRID. Class starts with 10 minutes of core followed by 15 minutes of strength, 15 minutes of HIIT and a finisher. Dumbbells are required for this workout. Download comes with workout guide. Originally taught August 8th.

10 min of core
3 min warmup

STRENGTH BLOCK:
5 exercises, 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 2 sets
Followed by a 3 min strength AMRAP

HIIT BLOCK:
5 exercises, 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 2 sets.
Followed by a 2 min TABATA. Featured exercises: Side lunges, OH lunges, bent rows, alternating chops.
