50 Min Strength x HIIT - Dumbbells Required
A challenging 50 minutes of Strength x HIIT, or as I like to call it - HYBRID. Class starts with 10 minutes of core followed by 15 minutes of strength, 15 minutes of HIIT and a finisher. Dumbbells are required for this workout. Download comes with workout guide. Originally taught August 29th.

3 min warmup
STRENGTH BLOCK:
4 exercises, 45 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 2 sets
Followed by a 3 min strength AMRAP + 4 min Tabata
HIIT BLOCK:
4 exercises, 45 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 2 sets.
Followed by a 2 min AMRAP.
Featured exercises: Side lunges, OH lunges, bent rows, alternating chops, swing to lunge, overhead presses, bear crawl pushups.
