50 Minute Advanced HIIT - Dumbbells Suggested
Advanced HIIT class originally aired July 30th. This is an advanced class. Class will start with 10 minutes of core, 3 min warmup, 30 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and a 5 minute cooldown. Class comes with template guide to reference if needed.
