50 Minute Intermediate HIIT - Dumbbells Suggested

Intermediate signature HIIT class! Class will start with 10 minutes of core, 3 min warmup, 30 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and a 5 minute cooldown. Class comes with template guide to reference if needed. Originally taught July 30th.

HIIT PROGRAMMING:
6 stations, 2 min per station, each station has a different way to use the 2 minutes. AMRAPS, continuous cardio, alternating etc.
